Legacy — Director of Ambassador Training & Certification

Hello, my name is Legacy, and I serve as the Director of Ambassador Training & Certification for the Legacy of Legends Education Program.

I want to welcome you to an opportunity that is bigger than a job and greater than a career. This is a chance to become part of history.

I oversee the process of identifying, training, and certifying qualified individuals who desire to become official YNLBPC School Ambassadors.

Not everyone who applies will automatically qualify. Each applicant will be reviewed to determine whether they are a good fit to represent YNLBPC, the Legacy of Legends program, and the history this mission carries.

If approved, you will be guided through the official ambassador training process. After completing the required training and certification steps, you may become eligible to represent the program to schools.

Why This Opportunity Matters

YNLBPC is making history. The Legacy of Legends Education Program is a structured school education system built around Negro League history, character development, leadership, perseverance, discipline, teamwork, respect for elders, and community pride.

This is not simply selling a program. This is helping schools give students access to a story many young people have never been taught in a meaningful way. Ambassadors help carry this message into schools so students can learn:

• Where the Negro Leagues fit in American history
• Why Black baseball history matters
• How communities built opportunities when doors were closed
• Why elders and lived memory are important
• How discipline, teamwork, courage, and leadership shape a legacy

Who We Are Looking For

YNLBPC is looking for people who are serious, professional, mission-minded, and able to represent this program with respect. Good candidates may include:

What Ambassadors Do

A YNLBPC School Ambassador helps introduce the Legacy of Legends Education Program to schools and youth organizations. Ambassadors may:

• Contact principals, teachers, athletic directors, and school leaders
• Introduce the Legacy of Legends Education Program
• Share the Program Overview PDF
• Schedule school presentations or preview meetings
• Submit school leads through the website dashboard
• Use approved emails, texts, and materials
• Help schools understand the educational value
• Follow the approved YNLBPC training and certification process

Ambassador Training & Certification

Every approved applicant must complete the official training process before representing the program. Training includes:

• YNLBPC mission
• Legacy of Legends story
• Negro League historical accuracy
• School program value
• Approved communication scripts
• School presentation process
• Pricing and program packages
• Representative rules
• Lead submission
• Commission policy
• Final certification quiz

After completion, qualified individuals may become certified as YNLBPC School Ambassadors.

Commission Opportunity

This opportunity includes a commission-based compensation system for approved ambassadors. Certified ambassadors may be eligible to earn commission when a school or organization books and pays for an approved Legacy of Legends program package based on an ambassador-submitted lead.

All payments must go directly to YNLBPC or Choice Global Group Inc. Ambassadors may not collect school payments personally. Commission is paid only after the school payment has cleared and the lead has been verified.
